After spending countless nights ordering disappointing pickleback shots at bars throughout New York City, Harris and Michael pledged to themselves (and anyone listening to them talk loudly on some forgettable October night in the Lower East Side) to produce the best damn pickle brine money can buy.
Through trial and error and a painstakingly iterative process, Brine Brothers exploded onto the pickle scene in 2017, catching customers and pickle incumbents by surprise.
