Summertime, and the livin' is easy! It’s one of the most popular apéritifs in Italy, and it’s as tasty as it is refreshing. Use Darn Good Dill or Chili Cherry Fire if you want to bring some more heat to the party.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 oz Classic Dill
- 1/2 oz aperol
- 1/2 oz dry vermouth
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
HOW TO MAKE:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, top with ice and shake. Strain into glass and add lemon or pickle garnish.
